In the early years, LCD monitor was usually assembled with neck on the table. In order to obtain useful space, people took LCD monitor on the wall with the wall mount bracket. Because of the heavy weight, it is necessary to discuss the structure about the wall mount bracket and the LCD monitor on the wall. We used the finite element method software ANSYS to find the vibrations characteristics of the wall mount bracket and the LCD monitor. We analyzed the wall mount bracket about static analysis, modal analysis, and modal analysis about the assembly of the wall mount bracket and the LCD monitor, and discussed the optimization about that. We found the maximum stress was appeared at the interface of the wall mount bracket assembly, and used the Taguchi method to improve the safety of LCD Wall Mount Bracket.
