本研究主要目的在高等分流教育體制下,建構一個合理解釋大學畢業生初入勞動市場薪資所得決定模型,並探究人口統計變數、人力資本、社會資本及心理資本對大學畢業生薪資所得之影響。並進一步比較公立大學、私立大學、公立技職校院及私立技職校院四種分流體制,不同大學畢業生初入勞動市場薪資所得差異情形與影響因素。研究資料係針對2009學年度應屆大學畢業生且目前有正職工作者發放問卷,共計958份,因考量內生性問題,以三階段最小平方法以及Oaxaca-Ransom薪資分解法進行分析。綜合研究主要發現,歸納七點結論,包括:一、本研究建構之薪資決定模型可合理解釋大學畢業生初入勞動市場薪資所得情形;二、相對於其他三種學校類型,私立技職校院的學生家庭社經地位與職業等級偏低,畢業後薪資亦偏低;三、語言證照對薪資有正向影響;四、私立技職校院注重實習,且正向影響薪資;五、心理資本對薪資具直接正向影響力;六、不同分流大學畢業生之薪資所得具差異情形,但差異金額逐年縮小;七、技職校院在薪資取得上偏低,且不可解釋部分偏高。
The main purpose of this thesis was to construct the wage determination equation under the tracking education of higer eduation in Taiwan and analyze how demographic variables, human capital, social capital and psychological capital affect wages of college graducates. Further more, the study compared wage differentials between four tracking, including public comprehensive college, private comprehensive college, public technology college, and private technology college. Raw data was obtained by investigating college graducates in 2009 and are full-time worker now. Mincer equation, 3SLS regression, and Oaxaca-Ransom wage differentials were employed to analyze the data. In summary, the research findings show that: 1) The wage determination equation constructed by this thesis provided reasonable explanation on the wage situation.of college graduatucates.; 2) Compared to other three tracking education, Socio-Economic Indexs, rank of occupation, and wages of private technology college gratuaes were lowest ; 3)Langange licenses have significant effect on wages. ; 3)The intership experience and psychological capital have positive effect on earnings ; 4)There were unexplained wage differentials on technical college gratudutes.
