題目:大陸台商信任關係與控制型態之研究 研究生:許評錀 指導教授:李弘暉 博士 論文摘要 大陸已經是全世界產業的主要競技場,也是我國最大的對外投資地區。管理國外子公司除了面臨空間距離障礙外,人種及語言文化的差異更會造成許多管理難題。善於親自掌控全局的我國企業主,面對遠在千里之外,「不同心、不同值」的大陸同胞,已警覺到管理控制功能的重要性。 本研究經由文獻探討歸納相關理論,建立研究架構。首先探討信任之本質及來源,其次探究大陸台商信任情況及原因,再探討各種信任關係對控制型態選擇的影響。本研究屬於實證性研究(Empirical Study),採用郵寄問卷方式進行研究主題之調查,並利用適當之統計方法加以分析證實。計量方法無法充份說明各種研究變項特質時,個案研究及專家訪談適可補足其短 1、 宜由規章控制向文化控制及成果控制邁進,推拉雙向使力,可增強 控制機制的功能。 2、努力爭取大陸員工之信任,以增強控制功能並開發智慧資產。 關鍵字:信任關係、規章控制、成果控制、文化控制。
THE STUDY OF RELATIONS BETWEEN TRUST AND MANAGEMENT CONTROL APPROACH : A CASE STUDY OF TAIWAN-BASED FIRMS IN CHINA Student:Ping-Lun Hsu Advisor:Dr. Hung-Hui Li Institute of Management Yuan-Ze University ABSTRACT Following the mega-trend, the Taiwan-based investors flooded into Mainland China and caused it the major investing area for local industry. The difficulty in control of overseas subsidiaries comes from not only the distance barrier but also the environmental diversification. Awaring the value-difference of Chinese employees, the Taiwanese investors begin to stress on the management control function. The researcher draws the conceptual framework from reviewing related literature step by step. At first, the literatures about the essence and source of trust were reviewed, then, the real situation of trust in Taiwanese investing firms in China followed and ended up by the impact regarding trust levels to the choice of variable control approaches. Mail survey, statistics tool, interview data and case study have been adopted to confirm the conceptual framework in this empirical study. The major conclusions of this study are the following: 1. The low level of ability and ethics of mainlanders cause the low level of trust relation in Taiwan-based firms in China. 2. For the above reason, comparing to result control approach, rule control approach is overwhelmingly prevailing in Taiwan-based firms in China. 3. Some firms have implemented culture control system to re-shape the value and behavior pattern of Mainland employees. The useful suggestions to the business will be: 1.Basing on the prevailing rule control approach, the implement of culture and result control approaches will be more helpful to enhance the control function. 2.Participative decision-making can earn the trust from Mainlanders and enhance the control function.
