摘要

電子帳單提示暨付款服務(Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment, EBPP) ，是透過網路並結合電子付款機制，讓消費者輕鬆處理各式帳單。本研究以郵政機構為例，建構完整資料整合模式之郵政機構EBPP服務平台，整合每個家庭當月所需支付款之帳單，讓消費者能夠以郵政機構之帳戶支付所有的帳單。郵政機構EBPP服務平台的推動，將增加現金的流量並減少實體帳單交寄數量，對郵政機構之郵件收寄及電子函件業務必定產生深遠的影響，因此提供郵政機構推展EBPP的參考依據及建議。

Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment (EBPP) service is a comprehensive electronic payment mechanism via internet for customers to deal with all sorts of bills easily. This research is to study how Taiwanese postal organization, by constructing a thick consolidation data model of EBPP, integrated monthly due bills for each household to pay off all bills from their accounts. The promotion of EBPP will increase cash flows and eliminate quantity of bill mailings, which will create great influence to postal mailing and email services. Therefore, in this thesis, suggestions of EBPP promoted in postal organization are provided for reference.
