旅遊社群資訊分享行為之研究

Investigating the Effect of Knowledge Sharing in Virtual Travel Community

摘要


近年來隨著網路普及,線上旅遊社群逐漸受到民眾的重視,眾多旅遊社群如何脫穎而出則是未來的經營挑戰。本研究整合旅遊虛擬社群、黏著度與知識分享行為理論,以實證資料分析旅遊虛擬社群意識對社群黏著度之影響,以及使用者知識分享意圖和社群忠誠度之關係。研究結果發現: (1) 在旅遊社群成員的意識對社群黏著度有正向顯著影響。(2) 旅遊社群成員的黏著度與社群忠誠度有正向顯著影響。(3) 旅遊社群成員的黏著度與知識分享意圖有正向顯著影響。(4) 社群成員知識分享意圖對社群忠誠度有正向顯著影響。最後,本研究提出結論與管理意涵,以作為旅遊社群業者未來經營方向及策略之參考。

Because of the spread of internet, a lot of users pay attention to the online traveling service. The challenge for traveling network is they seek urgent way to reinvent their role or face the threat of being competitive. The study focuses on the relations among the virtual travel community, stickiness and knowledge sharing behavior. The result shows: (1) The sense of community have positively influence the stickiness of community (2)The stickiness and knowledge sharing have positively influence the intention of knowledge sharing and the loyalty of virtual travel community. (3) knowledge sharing intention have positively influence the loyalty of virtual travel community.
