隨著科技的進步,資通訊科技產業(Information Communication Technology)的快速進步與發展,運用 ICT 技術提升人們對於居住空間的安全、健康、便利、與品質等機能之要求的要求也逐漸提高,因此對於居住空間生活型態更加重視,而對智慧化居家生活的需求相對增加。台灣智慧產業的蓬勃發展,同時過去政府提出愛台十二項建設,促使了住宅的智慧化的意識,在這樣的趨勢的導引下,設計師在空間規劃上採用能提高附加價值與差異化的智慧化住宅的室內設計元素,可以滿足業主對於居家空間的科技體驗,藉以增加空間的吸引力。 本研究透過專家設計師的訪談,以了解設計師在規劃智慧化居家空間的設計策略,期望能夠了解設計師在規劃住宅空間時,智慧化系統與空間裝修上的應用思維,以及設計師在智慧化住宅中最為業主接納之智慧化方案類型為何。 研究結論探討設計師對於室內設計採用智慧化住宅裝修的應用看法,對於設計師針對室內設計依照業主採用智慧化需求的經驗客製化室內空間的設計思考歷程與經驗分析,得出四項主軸:便利實用為導向;美學空間為導向;價格經費為導向;智慧模組為導向。而在設計思考過程與設計決策,本研究提出設計師採用智慧化住宅設計決策模型,針對設計知識與設計經驗的權重在四項主軸中調整,每項模型路徑可作為設計策略的思考。研究結論可提供作為設計師向業主推薦智慧化居家空間規劃時的依據,有助於未來設計師採用採用智慧化住宅裝修的決策分析,並能有助於未來室內設計教育的參考。
With the advancement of technology, especially in the ICT industry, people’s expectations on its applications on improving their homes are also getting high. Hence the high demands for intelligent living spaces. The purpose of this study is to, through interviews with smart-living interior designers, get a peek at their design thinking and strategies. It’s also the wish of the author to learn what were the intelligent living projects most adopted. By analyzing the interviews, three orientations concerning the intelligent-living design were specified, i.g. function-oriented, convenience-oriented, and esthetic-oriented. Therefore, the author proposed a decision model for smart-living design, so that a designer can make a choice on the orientation according to his or her own design knowledge and experiences. The author hoped that the conclusions might be of some help for smart living designers either when making suggestions to the customers or when deciding on the strategy to make and also for making a small contribution to the future interior design education.
