軟硬結合板易折斷結構探討

摘要


隨著時代的進步,舉凡PC、NB、平板電腦、智慧型手機及數位相機等3C電子產品需求大量增加,電子產業隨之蓬勃發展,其中各項零組件需求亦大幅的增加,而訊號傳遞用的印刷電路板應用也因此更加地被廣泛應用。 電子產品上的印刷電路板線路越來越密集,更有輕薄短小的趨勢,在機構空間越來越小,印刷電路板的設計及製程上也得隨之高度密集化、輕薄化,甚至還要有3D立體佈線的能力,因此結合軟板與硬板特性的軟硬結合板便被研發出來,其被需求性也與日俱增,所以研究一個高穩定性、高良率的軟硬結合板製作方式,藉以應付未來的需求便變得非常重要。 在了解過往的製程後,研究出易折斷結構的軟硬結合板製作方法,其方法是在軟板和硬板結合前,預先於硬板欲彎折處製作一切槽,然而,我們發現其方法不僅可被應用於軟硬結合板製程中,甚至很多印刷電路板製程也可引用易折斷結構的製作方式來完成。

As the time progressing, the requirement of 3C products, just like PC, NB, tablet, smart phone and digital camera etc. increase rapidly. The electronic industry and its component requirement are vigorous growth. Thus, its applications in the printed circuit board (PCB) are widely used. The PCB wiring has the advantage in more intensive, slim and light trends, the institutional space is getting smaller. So, the PCB design and manufacturing process also have to highly dense, lightweight. In addition, be provided with 3D stereoscopic wiring capacity. Therefore, Combined with FPC and PCB features, the Rigid-Flex PCB be developed, and the requirement of Rigid-Flex PCB increasing day by day. This study proposes a production method with steady, high yield rate as to meet future demand will become very important. After realizing the old skill of producing PCB, we researched Easy Cutting Structure that is a method of producing Rigid-Flex PCB. The method of Easy Cutting Structure is pre-cutting a grooving at bending line, before the PCB combine with FPC. However, we found that not only can be used in Rigid-Flex PCB manufacturing process, but also many PCB manufacturing process can also be referenced Easy Cutting Structure production methods to complete .
