異核鈀鈷雙金屬錯合物催化烯類分子間氮丙啶化與胺化反應之研究

摘要


本論文使用異核雙金屬PdCo(OAc)4催化進行分子間氮丙啶化與胺化反應。本研究先以2,2,2-三氯乙醇合成出2,2,2-三氯乙基胺基磺酸酯做為氮烯的來源,並以PdCo(OAc)4當催化劑與烯類進行反應測試,可得到預期的氮丙啶化與胺化產物,更進一步合成出PdCo(esp)2探討其催化效果,並與常見的催化劑醋酸鈀、醋酸銠、Rh2(esp)2做比較。

In this study, heterobimetallic palladium-cobalt tetraacetate was used as the catalyst for intermolecular aziridination and amination reactions. 2,2,2-trichloroethanol synthesis of 2,2,2-Trichloroethyl sulfamate was used as the source of nitrene, and PdCo(OAc)4 as the catalyst to react with alkenes. And the products were aziridine and amine compound. PdCo(esp)2 as analog of PdCo(OAc)4, was synthesized and with a common catalyst for the comparison with palladium acetate, rhodium acetate, Rh2(esp)2 in their catalytic ability in nitrene insertion reaction.
