本研究目的在探討台北市市立高職綜職科學生參與技能檢定檢定訓練與就業準備度之關係。本研究採問卷調查法,以台北市市立高職綜合職能科參與技能檢定訓練之學生為研究對象,研究者自編之「高職綜合職能科學生參與技能檢定訓練與就業準備度關係調查問卷」為研究工具,問卷內容共包括工作能力、工作態度和職涯規劃三個向度,共有34題。問卷所得資料以SPSS軟體進行次數分配、百分比、平均數、標準差、t考驗和F考驗等分析,並在研究對象填答問卷後,訪談四位綜合職能科學生,綜合訪談與問卷結果,歸納以下結論: 一、台北市市立高職綜職科學生參與技能檢定種類以門市服務、中英打、烘焙檢定和中餐為主,而取得證照之比例約為40%。 二、參與技能檢定學生自評之就業準備度(工作能力、工作態度及職涯規劃)皆頗為正向。 三、不同變項(性別、年級、障礙程度、參加意願、參加的技能檢定種類及證照取得情況)與綜職科學生就業準備度(工作能力、工作態度及職涯規劃)之關係皆未達顯著。 四、學生自覺參加技能檢定訓練過程遭遇了認知(記憶和運算)和體能上的阻礙,但卻也在過程中看到自己的進步和價值,增強就業的自信。
The purpose of this study is to explore the employment preparation of students in special class of vocational high school who participating technician certifications training. This study investigated 106 students’ perceptions on their participation in the training. The self-designed questionnaire includes thirty-four items with three dimensions, including employment ability, employment attitude and employment belief. The collected data was analyzed through frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, etc. Four students were selected and interviewed after they completed the questionnaire. According to the analytical results and interview, the conclusions of the study were as follow: 1.Types of technician certification training were mostly on typewriting, practice service retail sales, baking and Chinese food. Fourty percentage of participating students obtained license. 2.Students who participating technician certifications training perceived positively in their employment preparation, including employment ability, employment attitude and employment belief. 3.There was no significant difference between variables (sex, grades, degree of handicap, joining will, joining which types of technician certificate and situation of getting license) and the scores in employment preparation. This study showed importance of education. 4.Students encountered difficulties in memorizing and calculating in the process of training. Despite of these difficulties, students also saw the progress and value about themselves, and increased confidence of employment in the future.
