高職電機與電子群教師專業承諾與教學效能關係之研究

A Study on Professional Commitment and Teaching Effectiveness for the Senior Vocational High School Teachers of Electrical and Electronic Cluster

摘要


本研究主要目的在探討高職電機與電子群教師專業承諾與教學效能之相關,並分析不同背景變項高職電機與電子群教師專業承諾與教學效能之差異情形。 本研究採用調查法,以「高職電機與電子群教師專業承諾與教學效能關係之研究調查問卷」為研究工具。以99學年度高職電機與電子群擔任專業及實習科目之教師為母群體。將母群體以地理區域劃分,再依班級數比例分配,採立意抽樣,共發出問卷666份,回收有效問卷574份,有效回收率86.1%。透過百分比、次數分配、平均數、標準差、單一樣本t檢定、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析及皮爾森積差相關等統計方法分析討論後,本研究獲致以下五項結論。 一、高職電機與電子群教師具中高程度之專業承諾,其中以「專業認同」最高;「留業傾向」最低。 二、年齡40歲以上、兼行政工作及中部以北地區之高職電機與電子群教師具較高之專業承諾。 三、高職電機與電子群教師具中高程度之教學效能,其中以「教學氣氛」最高;「教學內容」最低。 四、北部地區及學校規模49至75班之高職電機與電子群教師具較高之教學效能。 五、高職電機與電子群教師專業承諾與教學效能具高度正相關。 最後,根據研究結果對教師、學校、教育行政機關及後續研究提出建議,以作為提升高職電機與電子群教師專業承諾與教學效能之參考。

This study aims to investigate the correlations between professional commitment and teaching effectiveness of electrical and electronic cluster teachers in vocational high school. It shows the differences between a teacher's professional commitment and teaching effectiveness basing on dissimilar background variables. It also concludes several concrete suggestions to the teachers, schools, educational administration and the further studies on the improvement of professional commitment and teaching effectiveness of electrical and electronic cluster teachers in vocational high school. This study surveys the relationship between professional commitment and teaching effectiveness of the electrical and electronic cluster teachers in vocational high schools through questionnaires. The population includes teachers of electrical and electronic cluster who teach professional subjects and practicum in vocational high schools in 2010 in Taiwan. The population is firstly divided geographically, and then by the amount of classes of the schools. We got 574 effective copies among the 666 questionnaires released, with the effective recovery rate of 86.1%. Five main conclusions are drawn from the data collected by means of the following nine statistic methods, including percentile, frequency, average, standard, one sample t-test, independent-sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and multiple stepwise regression analysis. 1.The professional commitment of teachers of electrical and electronic cluster in vocational high school shows medium-high degree, with the highest in "Profession Identification" and the lowest in "Staying Tendency". 2.Those electrical and electronic cluster teachers who hold a concurrent post of the administrative personnel, those who work in the middle-north part of Taiwan or those who are over 40s, show higher degree of professional commitment. 3.The teaching effectiveness of teachers of electrical and electronic cluster in vocational high school shows medium-high degree, with the highest in "Teaching Ambience" and the lowest in "Teaching Content". 4.Those electrical and electronic cluster teachers who work in schools with classes amounted from 49 to 75 or those who work in northern Taiwan, show higher degree of teaching effectiveness. 5.It shows high-positive correlation between the professional commitment and teaching effectiveness of teachers of electrical and electronic cluster in vocational high school.
