我國特殊教育學校教師工作負荷與專業承諾之研究

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解我國特殊教育學校教師工作負荷與專業承諾之程度,分析不同背景變項我國特殊教育學校教師工作負荷與專業承諾之差異情形,並探討我國特殊教育學校教師工作負荷與專業承諾之相關情形。 本研究採用調查法,以101學年度全國24所公立特殊教育學校編制內之教師為母群體。抽樣調查對象的選取,採分層比例隨機取樣,共發出問卷485份,回收有效問卷399份,有效回收率82.3%。透過描述性統計、單一樣本t考驗、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關等統計方法分析後,獲致以下五項結論。 一、我國特殊教育學校教師整體工作負荷屬中低程度。 二、我國特殊教育學校教師工作負荷感受程度因學校所在地區有差 異,不因性別、最高學歷、年資、年齡、擔任職務、學校規模 而有差異。 三、我國特殊教育學校教師整體專業承諾屬中上程度。 四、我國特殊教育學校教師專業承諾表現程度不因性別、最高學歷、 年資、年齡、擔任職務、學校所在地區、學校規模有所差異。 五、我國特殊教育學校教師工作負荷與專業承諾無顯著相關。 最後,根據研究結果對教育行政機關、學校、特殊教育學校教師及後續研究提出建議,以作為我國特殊教育學校教師之參考。

The purposes of this study were to understand the job loadings and the professional commitment of special education school teachers in Taiwan, to analyze the differences of demographic factors on the job loadings and the professional commitment of special education school teachers in Taiwan, and to explore the correlations of the job loadings and the professional commitment of special education school teachers in Taiwan. Survey research was adopted in this study, and teachers from 24 public special education school teachers in Taiwan in the school year of 2012 served as subjects in this study. 485 copies of questionnaires were sent, and 399 valid copies were collected by random stratified sampling. Descripted statistics, one-samples t- test, independent sampled t-test, one-way ANOVA, as well as Pearson product movement correlation were conducted to analyze the result. The conclusions were as follows: 1. The overall job loadings of special education school teachers in Taiwan was found lower than average. 2. The perception of job loadings of special education school teachers in Taiwan was found different on the factors of school location, but no difference was found on the factors of gender, education level, years of work experience, age, position, size of the school. 3. The overall professional commitment of special education school teachers in Taiwan was found higher than average. 4. No difference was found in the performance of professional commitment of special education school teachers in Taiwan on the factors gender, education level, years of work experience, age, position , school location, size of the school. 5. No apparent correlation was found between the job loadings and the professional commitment of special education school teachers in Taiwan. Based on the results of this study, suggestions for the educational administration, school, special education teachers, and future studies were purposed in order to offer references for special education teachers.
