高職電機科專業實習科目課程內涵之研究

A Study of the Contents in Practice Courses of the Electric Department in Vocational High School

摘要


本研究旨在探討高級職業學校電機科專業實習課程內涵。首先經由文獻探討,建構研究理論基礎,再進行與專家深度訪談,編製德懷術(Delphi)檢核表。研究樣本的選取,以立意取樣的方式,邀請企業界、高職教師及大專院校教授各5 名,共計15 名。實施三次德懷術調查,前次檢核表所獲得之資料,作為下次檢核表修改內容。第三次調查所得資料,經次數分配、百分比、平均數、柯-史單一樣本適合度考驗,獲致主要結論如下: 一、電機科專業實習科目課程內涵 電工實習Ⅰ共有26項技能項目、電工實習Ⅱ共有27項技能項目、電子實習Ⅰ共有14項技能項目、電子實習Ⅱ共有17項技能項目、數位邏輯實習共有20項技能項目、工業配電實習共有30項技能項目、電子電路實習共有12項技能項目、電工機械實習共有21項技能項目、微處理機實習共有22項技能項目。 二、專業實習科目總授課節數 電工實習Ⅰ授課節數為54節、電工實習Ⅱ授課節數為72節、電子實習Ⅰ授課節數為54節、電子實習Ⅱ授課節數為54節、數位邏輯實習授課節數為54節、工業配電實習授課節數為72節、電子電路實習授課節數為54節、電工機械實習授課節數為54節、微處理機實習授課節數為54節。 最後,本研究根據研究結論,歸納成具體建議,提供高職學校調整課程內涵、安排教學順序及授課時數之參考。

The research mainly discusses the content of practice courses of the Electric Department in vocational high schools. The research theory is based on the literature review and the interviews with experts and scholars to design the Delphi questionnaire. The subjects are selected through judgment sampling. The total number of subjects is 15, including 5 persons from the industry fields, vocational high schools and colleges respectively. The questionnaires have been issued and collected three times. Each Delphi questionnaire is modified by the previous one. The final results obtained from the third survey have been analyzed and tested by frequency, percentage, mean, and Kolmogorov-Smirnov One Sample of Goodness Test. The main conclusions are achieved as follows: 1. Content of practice courses of the Electric Department: electrical engineering labⅠcontains 26 skill items, electrical engineering lab Ⅱ 27 skill items, electronics labⅠ14 skill items and electronics labⅡ 17 skill items, while digital logic lab consists of 20 skill items, industrial power distribution lab 30 skill items, electronic circuit lab 12 skill items, electrical machinery lab 21 skill items and microprocessor lab 22 skill items. 2. Teaching hours of practicum: Teaching hours of electrical engineering labⅠis 54, that of electrical engineering lab Ⅱ is 72, that of electronics labⅠis 54, that of electronics lab Ⅱ is 54, that of digital logic lab is 54, that of industrial power distribution lab is 72, that of electronic circuit lab is 54, that of electrical machinery lab is 54 and that of microprocessor lab is 54. Last, according to the conclusions above, some concrete suggestions were made to provide vocational high schools with reference for course rearrangement, teaching procedures and teaching hours.
