混成式學習應用於高職電機科實習課程之行動研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討混成式學習應用在高職電機科實習之課程設計原則、可能遭遇的問題及解決之道,及對學生學習成效之影響,並採用行動研究法進行研究活動,所得資料經分析後,得以下結論。 一、課程設計原則 教材依實習操作步驟個別編寫供學生選擇使用,有利學生快速找到所需的檔案下載閱讀;課程則以混成非同步方式進行;課程授課時間安排則不可少於三週。 二、遭遇的問題及解決之道 教材說明不足導致學生無法自行研讀,可於教材中加入了圖解說明解決;學生不當使用教學平台討論區,可引導學生觀摩討論區使用範例並制定標準發言格式解決;學生於工場內追逐嬉戲及使用電腦設備進行娛樂,可訂定工場秩序規範及電腦使用規則處理;因題目內容無法理解導致學生無法於時限內完成練習,可於課程中加入審題步驟進行說明解決;實習教學設備不足之問題,可從降低題目難度以加快學生實作練習速度之方式解決。 三、對學生學習成效之影響 評量成績方面顯示,學生在整體學習成效及個別化學習成效皆得到提升;學習心態改變方面,則因學生自信心強化及產生同儕競爭心態,而提升學習成效;行為改變方面則發現,學生更加勇於提問,且學會自己尋找解決問題的方法,顯示學生學習成效得到提升。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the blended learning applied in practicum design principles of department of electrical engineering at vocational high school, the problems you maybe have during this implementation process and its solutions, and the effect on students' learning outcomes.To achieve the above purposes, this study adopted the data collection method of action research. The following conclusions were drawn from results of the survey: I.The principle of curriculum The teaching material was provide for students by the practical training steps, to quickly find out the files to download; the curriculum is processed by no-synchronization method; the teaching hours arrangement is not less than three weeks. II.The problems maybe meet and the solutions The material instruction is not enough easy for students to study by themselves, and the illustration maybe added for students to understand; students use the teaching platform to dissus, guiding students to watch the dissus area and use use the examples and set the standard talking style. When students play in the practical training area and use the computer facility to entertain, some rules should be set in training area and the computer class. Because the content of the questions are hard and students can't answer within minutes.Some judging steps can be solved to figure out. The problems of training teaching materials are not enough,you might reduce the difficult degree of questions to make students practical exercise in a quicker way. III.The effect on students' learning outcomes Assessment showed that students' whole and individual learning outcomes were both improved; learning attitude showed that students' learning outcomes were improved because they had more confidence and had classmate competition situation.; behavior showed that students' learning outcomes were improved because students were more brave to ask questions during class, besides, they could find solution.
