摘要

全台灣的十大死因，心血管疾病與心臟疾病位居二、三名，國人不得不重視心血管疾病所造成的影響。許多人平常在居家都不易察覺自己有高血壓，但是高血壓對於一個人心血管疾病，影響是相當的大，只要稍為不注意，在加上天氣變化大的時候，就會誘發心臟疾病及腦血管疾病，高血壓疾病所帶來的相關性疾病，讓國人開始漸漸重視高血壓病症，如何更有效的控制血壓、或者是能夠提前預防高血壓病症，是目前國人所重視的問題。
因此本論文從中西醫的角度，除了血壓計之外並加入ASI指標、中醫脈診的部份，其目的是為了要輔助判斷高血壓，其結果中發現患者的高血壓、ASI值有顯著的上升之外，其患者的脈象有大脈及弦脈的發生，其在沉脈有很明顯的差異性，此輔助高血壓病症之判斷，達到提供醫師在臨床上，可以監測連續脈波訊號之用途以提供未來做一個更詳細的分析及判斷。

Cardiovascular diseases and heart diseases are ranked the second and the third among the top ten leading causes of death in Taiwan. The citizens therefore have to pay attention to the effects of cardiovascular diseases. A lot of people do not notice themselves with hypertension; however, it appears great effects on cardiovascular diseases. Particularly, when the weather is largely changed, heart diseases and cerebrovascular diseases are likely induced. Hypertension-related diseases have the citizens gradually concern about hypertensive diseases. How to effectively control blood pressure or prevent from hypertensive diseases have become the emphasized issue of the citizens.
Therefore, from the aspects of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, this study applies blood pressure gauge, ASI indicator, and pulse diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine to assisting in judging hypertension. The findings show that, in addition to the increase of hypertension and ASI value, the patients’ pulse manifestation appears large pulse and stringy pulse, where deep pulse presents significant differences. Such judgment could clinically provide doctors with continuously monitored pulse signals for more detailed analyses and judgment.
