在現今社會中,雖然壓縮空氣不像電力一樣的深入一般家庭中為大眾普遍所使用,但是在各種行業中,如工業、醫療、礦業乃至於農業都有日趨廣泛的用途,尤其在工業或是一般的商業用途上的使用,佔有中要的地位,舉凡各型工廠、保養廠,甚至於街邊的攤商,都會用到空壓機。在使用上,壓縮空氣約有10%-35%的電力消耗,可算是昂貴的能源,因此能源效率的影響因素,實為本研究重要課題。 在整個研究過程中,藉由更換不同尺寸的冷卻風扇、不同黏度的潤滑油,為本次實驗的主要項目,其目的在於經由使用修正、更換、試驗的方式,來研擬出可能的影響因素;再藉由所找出的影響因素,做出適當的調整、改善、測試,以實驗數據作為指標,提升空氣壓縮機的能源效率。 本次所使用實驗室為小型的空壓機性能試驗實驗室,以*牌10HP空壓機為實驗對象,藉由使用不同的潤滑油,降低摩擦係數,運用不同尺寸風扇,提升散熱成效,以判別能源效率的差異性。

Throughout the course of the study, by the change cooling fan、different viscosity lube oil is the main item. The purpose aimed through the use of correction, replacement, testing methods, to develop the possible factors; again with the identified factors, make the appropriate adjustments to improve, test, experimental data as indicators to improve the energy efficiency of air compressors. The laboratory used a small air compressor performance test lab to * Brand 10HP air compressor for the subjects, by using a different oil, reduce the friction coefficient. Use the of different size fans to improve cooling effectiveness, to judgement of energy efficiency differences.
