本研究之主要目的在於探討傾躺輪椅迴轉機構及在瞬心與人體重心之關係的迴轉特性,並對此機構進行創新設計以突破世界專利之限制。首先,搜尋國內外之現有專利、文獻資料及現有產品,分析現有專利的機構圖並加以篩選出較具探討價值的現有專利作為參考依據,分析現存設計並探討其拓樸特性。其次,將機構簡圖一般化並繪製一般化運動鏈,並合成六連桿及八連桿運動鏈圖譜目錄,再藉由特殊化以繪製出特殊化運動鏈之圖譜目錄。然後,將特殊化運動鏈進行具體化以滿足設計需求條件及規格,合成出所有可行之傾躺功能輪椅之創新機構。並運用CAD軟體建構實體模型及利用RecurDyn以執行動力分析,最後,製作出實體機構模型以驗證產品之可利用性、新穎性與進步性。
The main purpose of this study is to explore the tilting wheelchair turning mechanism and rotary characteristics in relation with the instant center of the mechanism and center of gravity of the body, and this innovative mechanism design to emerge from the world patent limitation. First, search existing patents, literature and existing products, the analysis of existing patent mechanism maps and screened prior patents discuss the more valuable as a reference, the analysis of existing design and to study its topology characteristics. Next, the mechanism by generalizations and draw generalized kinematic chain, and synthesized six and eight bar linkage map catalog of the kinematic chain, and then by specialization to draw a map catalog of the specialized kinematic chain. Then, the specialized chain designed to meet the design requirement and specifications to synthesize all possible functions of a reclining wheelchair innovation mechanism. the use of CAD software constructs a solid model and uses RecurDyn to perform dynamic analysis. Finally, to build innovative wheelchair mechanism model to verify the availability, novelty and progressive products.
