從「安全學校」認證觀點精進校園意外事故預防之研究－以嘉義市一所幼兒園為例

摘 要
本研究旨在從「安全學校」認證觀點精進校園意外事故預防之研究，研究者以嘉義市一所幼兒園為研究對象，並利用直接觀察、訪談與文件分析等三種方式進行資料的蒐集與分析，本研究主要結論如下：
一、個案幼兒園推動安全學校安全認證主題乃依自身需要選定
個案幼兒園從安全認證類別八大項中，針對自身特性，選定最需
改善的項目－「教學活動及運動遊戲安全」。
二、個案幼兒園推動安全學校認證是依政策執行面、教學面與環境面等三個面向進行策略設計與實施
政策執行面包括推動安全學校工作小組各項業務、根據每月幼兒受傷統計資料進行分析、安全教育宣導…等。教學面包含教學活動、多元活動…等。環境面包括環境及設備會定期檢核、設置警示設施、標示遊樂器材使用規則、張貼海報...等。
三、個案幼兒園推動安全學校認證在三個面向上均遇有困難，但亦盡力尋求解決之道
在政策執行面，經費及人員異動，則是向上級主管機關反應，人力及社區資源則是透過園內活動去拉近彼此的距離。
在教學面，則是鼓勵教師閱讀相關文章、參加研習，以精進安全教育知識和安全意識，並設計教案、學習單及安全小勇士學習護照，以補強教材資源和教學後的檢核欠缺部分。
在環境面，除向上級提出空間上的需求以增加遊戲場空間外，在修繕部分也增加合作廠商，避免延遲修繕速度。
