本研究主要目的在於瞭解空軍技勤士官退伍再就業經驗之探討,作為國軍退輔政策修定及企業界進用人力資源之參考。以服役滿20年以上取得終身俸資格之退伍空軍技勤士官為研究對象,經由深度訪談等質性研究方式,從個人背景、能力與特質、需求與動機及再就業型態等因素,以主題分析法進行文本分析,構建出空軍技勤士官退伍再就業經驗。 本研究共整理出三大主題九個次主題,三大主題分別為: 「不一樣的開始」、「職場的第二春」、「美好的未來靠自己」,並針對此三大主題呈現研究結果。 結果發現空軍技勤士官退退伍後,大多數均有再就業意願;經濟因素為其退伍後再就業的工作動機之主要影響因素,再就業的就業類型是以受僱於私人企業為主、工作性質則以技術類型為主等。 最後,本研究針對國防部及退輔會就業輔導機構提出建議期能有所助益,另規畫出未來研究方向,俾供後續相關研究參考與運用。
The main purpose of this study is to understand the Air Force Technical NCO veteran re-employment experiences. Eight retired Air Force NCO veteran who serve the full 20 years or more to obtain a lifetime pension were qualify and invited for this study. Through in-depth interviews, the participants’ personal background, ability and qualities, needs and motivations and re-employment patterns were explored. In thematic and text analysis, the experiences of Air Force Technical NCO veterans re-employment experience were described. In this study, a total three primary themes and nine sub-themes were discovered. Three themes are: "not the same as the beginning", “the spring of second career", "better future on their own”. It was found that these veterans all willing to have re-employment opportunities after their retirement. Of course, the economic factors were the major concern of these veterans after retirement. The most significant pattern of re-employment is re-employed by private enterprises; the work type most likely technology-based. Finally, the study provides some insights and suggestions for the Defense Department and retired auxiliary employment counseling agencies. Future research suggestions also provided in this study.
