含鋁粉狀螯合劑應用於焚化飛灰穩定化之研究

Study on MSW Incineration Fly Ash Stabilization Using Aluminum Containing Powder Chelating Agent

摘要


國內工業每年會產生大量的無機廢棄物,若能找到再利用之路徑,降低無機廢棄物對環境的破壞。希望利用無機廢棄物中的有效成分,達到以廢治廢的目的。 市售土木材料添加劑可彌補混凝土本身品質的劣性,因焚化飛灰具有卜作嵐(Pozzalan matter)特性,本論文研究期望可藉由土木材料添加劑增加飛灰水化過程中晶格矩陣生成,。 經由本研究結果得知,在焚化飛灰中單獨添加無機廢棄物或市售土木材料添加劑與些許水並以TCLP萃取出的Pb的濃度是符合法規要求,可減少Pb溶出量達98%。另外pH的變化曲線中得知螯合效果越佳pH有穩定下降趨勢,因此可以解決飛灰鹼度太高的問題。

Inorganic wastes need to be properly treated, in order to avoid the pollution of environmental. If we can find the method to reuse inorganic waste, it would be helpful for attain to sustainable development. Commercial building material Improved agent can enhance construction quality of concrete, because municipal solid waste incineration (MSWI) fly ash have pozzalan matter. In this study, we mix the two substances and expect that hydration matrix can stabilize heavy metal in MSWI fly ash. About >98% leachable lead ions are reduced when adding inorganic waste and commercial building material improved agent. In addition, after hydration reaction, the strongly alkaline of the fly ash TCLP Leachate solution was become weak alkaline, it can solve high alkali MSWI fly ash of Taiwan.
