本研究以 DeLone 與 McLean 資訊系統成功模式中的資訊品質、系統品質、服務品質、使用者滿意度為研究基礎,以高雄市國小學習扶助教學授課教師為對象,根據使用者不同背景對於科技化評量系統的資訊品質、系統品質、服務品質與使用者滿意度有什麼影響,並探討服務品質、資訊品質、系統品質對使用者滿意度是否有幫助。本研究僅以高雄市學習扶助授課教師採取隨機便利抽樣發放問卷,有效問卷共197份,依統計資料分析得到以下結論: 一、「不同使用者背景變項」的高雄市國小學習扶助教學授課教師,對學習扶助教學科技化評量系統的「資訊品質」滿意度部分有顯著差異。 二、「不同使用者背景變項」的高雄市國小學習扶助教學授課教師,對學習扶助教學科技化評量系統的「系統品質」滿意度部分有顯著差異。 三、「不同使用者背景變項」的高雄市國小學習扶助教學授課教師,對學習扶助教學科技化評量系統的「服務品質」滿意度部分有顯著差異。 四、「資訊品質」對「使用者滿意度」有顯著正向影響。 五、「系統品質」對「使用者滿意度」有顯著正向影響。 六、「服務品質」對「使用者滿意度」有顯著正向影響。
This research is based on the information quality, system quality, service quality, and user satisfaction in the successful model of DeLone and McLean information systems. The study aims to determine the effects and assistance of information quality, system quality, service quality, and user satisfaction of Technology Evaluation System with users’ different background information. The participants in this study were Kaohsiung City Learning Aid teachers. To achieve these goals, questionnaires were designed with the literature analysis method by convenience sampling. There were 197 valid questionnaires. According to the analysis of the research results, the results are as follows: 1. There is significant differences between the users’ different background information of Kaohsiung City Learning Aid teachers and the information quality of Learning aids teaching Technology Evaluation System. 2. There is significant differences between the users’ different background information of Kaohsiung City Learning Aid teachers and the system quality of Learning aids teaching Technology Evaluation System. 3. There is significant differences between the users’ different background information of Kaohsiung City Learning Aid teachers and the service quality of Learning aids teaching Technology Evaluation System. 4. Pearson correlation coefficient of information quality and user satisfaction is significant positive correlated. 5. Pearson correlation coefficient of system quality and user satisfaction is significant positive correlated. 6. Pearson correlation coefficient of service quality and user satisfaction is significant positive correlated.
