本研究是以社會工作學分班背景的社會工作者為研究對象,採用量化研究方式來進行,並以角色認同與組織認同變項來探討工作滿意度及相關性,其研究發現學分班背景的社會工作者對於自己所扮演社會工作者的角色是有高度的認同,對機構的各種重大措施及執行情形是會關心注意,在工作中也能有學習與成長的機會;另外,本研究也發現服務總年資、每月平均薪資、角色認同、組織認同中忠誠感與疏離感是會影響工作滿意度,最主要影響工作滿意度的因素是服務總年資、忠誠感與疏離感,其次才是每月平均薪資。最後,再根據研究的結果來提供相關的建議,以作為未來後續相關研究的參考方向。
The subjects of this study are social workers who have completed the social work credits class. The research was conducted adopting a quantitative research method and discusses job satisfaction in terms of the two variables: role identity and organizational identity. As a result, it was found that social workers who have completed the social work credits class identify highly with their role as social workers. Moreover, they take keen interest in the major measures and executions in the institutes at which they work, thereby acquiring more opportunities to learn and grow. In addition, the study also discovered that factors, such as job tenure, monthly salary, role identity, sense of loyalty and alienation found in organizational identity, all affect job satisfaction, with job tenure, loyalty, and alienation being the most significant, and monthly salary coming next. Finally, the paper makes some pertinent suggestions according to the results, so as to provide valuable direction for future research in the relevant field.
