非交通事故創傷與事故時段的資訊與分析

本研究依臺中市政府消防局第四救災救護大隊梧棲分隊107年非交通事故創傷緊急救護案件資料為研究樣本及利用資料庫建立了一個非交通事故創傷救護資訊系統，並結合Google雲端運算提供臺中市政府消防局緊急救護技術員可利用手機查詢派遣時段與過敏病史、創傷處理、CPR、搶救原因、呼吸道處理、過去病歷史、藥物處理、其他處理、送醫情況、性別資料、氣溫資料、天氣資料、風向資料，資訊包括出勤日期、出動時間、到達時間、離場時間、送醫時間、離院時間、返隊時間等項進行詳細的資訊分析及彙整統計。經研究且建置完整非交通事故創傷救護資訊系統資料庫，使救護人員透過此管理系統更易知悉非交通事故創傷救護時段及事故類別特性。並針對該事故類別特性增加相關方面訓練，提升緊急救護技術員個人救護能力及當下應變能力。另可作為臺中市政府消防局行政參考依據，促使增強救護人員整體緊急救護效率。

In this study, based on the data of the non-traffic accident trauma emergency rescue cases of the Wuqi Branch of the Fourth Disaster Rescue Brigade, Taichung City Government Fire Bureau for the research sample and the use of the database, a non-traffic accident trauma rescue information system was established. Combined with Google cloud computing, the emergency ambulance technician of the Taichung City Government Fire Bureau can use the mobile phone to query the dispatch period and allergy history, trauma treatment, CPR, rescue reasons, respiratory tract treatment, past illness history, drug treatment, other treatment, medical treatment, gender information, temperature information, weather data, wind direction data, information including attendance date, dispatch time, arrival time, departure time, hospital delivery time, discharge time, return time and other items for detailed information analysis and summary statistics. After research and the establishment of a complete database of non-traffic accident trauma rescue information system, ambulance personnel can more easily know the characteristics of non-traffic accident trauma rescue time and accident type through this management system. And increasing the training of relevant aspects according to the characteristics of the accident category can enhance the personal rescue ability and emergency response ability of emergency rescue technicians. It can also be used as an administrative reference for the Taichung City Government Fire Bureau to promote the overall emergency rescue efficiency of ambulance personnel.
