摘要

在清水區、沙鹿區森林田野火災發生次數為各火災類別之最，而火災從發生到撲滅的過程，受到很多因素影響，例如：滅火方式、起火原因、起火處、火災類別、風向、溫度及濕度等因素。本研究採資料庫分析法，以臺中市政府消防局第四救災救護大隊清泉分隊106及107年度森林非田野火災案例，為研究標的並加以彙整，藉由強大的資料庫分析其發生原因，並訂定改善建議歸納出相關因素之關聯性，盼能減少森林非田野火災發生之次數，避免浪費消防救災救火人力，並做為日後森林非田野火災預防及搶救之參考。

The number of forest field fires in Qingshui District and Shalu District is the most frequent in each fire category, and the process from fire occurrence to extinguishment is affected by many factors, such as fire extinguishing method, fire cause, fire location, fire type, wind direction, temperature And humidity and other factors. This research adopts the database analysis method, taking the 2017’s and 2018’s forest non-field fire cases of the Qingquan Branch of the Fourth Disaster Relief Brigade of the Taichung City Government Fire Bureau as the research target and consolidate them, using a powerful database to analyze the causes and formulate improvement suggestions to summarize the relevance of related factors, hoping to reduce the number of non-field fires in forests, avoid wasting fire and disaster relief manpower, and serve as a reference for future forest non-field fire prevention and rescue.
