隨著時代的改變,台灣的產業型態已從最初的農業社會轉為工商社會,迄今已轉變為服務業為重的型態。在許多關於知識管理(KM)的文獻中,學者們承認知識分享是知識管理以及企業成功中舉足輕重的角色,但也是一項艱難的工作。知識管理是為了追求創新以使組織具備持久之競爭優勢的目標,組織透過知識分享可使組織改變及創新,在管理的過程中對於知識的取得成功與否,將會影響到組織的創新;此外,組織文化型態之不同也將會直接影響到組織之學習與創新,在這個知識就是力量的時代裡,知識管理的成功與否,將成為組織成敗的關鍵。故本研究在探討組織文化之不同,對於組織內組織承諾、知識分享與組織創新所產生的影響,期望對學術與實務上有所貢獻。 本研究以國內行政院主計處所分類的服務業為問卷發放對象,利用紙本問卷作分析,期間共發出300份,收回202份,扣除漏填之無效問卷75份,僅剩127份可供分析,回收率約62.87%。將問卷資料以AMOS18與SPSS12.0統計軟體進行相關分析,以驗證本研究所提之假設。 研究結果顯示: 一、組織承諾對於知識分享有顯著的正向影響。 二、知識分享對於組織創新有顯著的正向影響。 三、員工的組織承諾對於組織創新並未有正向影響。 四、不同的組織文化下組織承諾對知識分享有正向影響。 五、不同的組織文化下知識分享對知識創新有正向影響。 六、不同的組織文化下組織承諾對知識創新並未有正向影響。
As times change, Taiwan has changed from an agricultural society to an industrial society, and has by now turned into a service-oriented style. There is much literature on knowledge management (KM), and most scholars acknowledge that knowledge sharing is an important role in knowledge management and business success, but is a difficult task. This study is to investigate the organizational commitment have a direct impact on organizational innovation, and joined the organizational culture as a moderating variable. This survey time of issuance in March 2012 to April 2012, total payment of 300 copies and recover 202, deducted the 75 ineffective questionnaires, the remaining 127 were available for analysis, recovery rate of about 68%. We used SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 18.0 to effectively process questionnaires data. The analysis in this study could be divided into two parts, descriptive statistic analysis and structural equation modeling. The results of this study showed: 1 Organizational commitment have a significant positive impact on knowledge sharing. 2 Knowledge sharing have a significant positive impact on organizational innovation. 3 Organizational commitment did not have a positive impact on organizational innovation. 4 Organizational culture has a moderating effect in organizational commitment, knowledge sharing and organization innovation.
