The Government-owned enterprises must be given a consideration to both operating performance and corporate social responsibility, in order to face the changes of social patterns. How are the employees changing their working attitude to enhance their professional capacity that would be an important issue to discuss? The purpose of this study investigated the effects of corporate social responsibility, organizational innovation climate and organizational learning on organizational performance. The Chiayi District Sales Office of Taiwan Power Company constituted the sample for the study. The data collected from the questionnaire survey was analyzed using the statistical software. Results found that: (1) corporate social responsibility, organizational innovation climate, organizational learning and organizational performance were significant related; (2) organizational learning had partial mediated between corporate social responsibility and organizational performance; (3) organizational learning had fully mediated between organizational innovation climate and organizational performance.
