組織學習、領導風格與組織創新的理論概念探討-兼論其間的可能關係

A Study on the Theoretical Concepts of Organizational Learning, Leadership Style and Organizational Innovation-And Discussing the Possible Relationship

摘要


一個組織要能永續經營、跟上時代潮流,就需要隨時因應外在環境變化、社會變遷以及符合全國人民的期待。本文認為組織創新是公部門機關得以跳脫科層體制牢梏的要素之一,然而,組織創新的基礎必須來自於組織學習的推動,唯有激發良好的組織學習環境,才能促使組織進行創新作為,此外,組織內部領導者領導風格亦會影響組織進行創新行為的發展程度。本文旨在透過相關理論研究,進行組織學習、領導風格與組織創新三者的概念初探,並設計本文的理論架構,接著針對三者的操作化定義做一整理說明,提出適當可行的衡量構面。此外,本文初步兼論組織學習、領導風格與組織創新三者之間的可能發展關係與其關聯性,期能為後續研究提供研究假設基礎。

In order to make the police organization to be sustainable, we need to response to environmental changes, social changes, as well as the expectations of the people in all times. Thus, organizational innovation is a key to escape from the bureaucratic system. However, the foundation of organizational innovation is in organizational learning and leadership style. If we can improve the degree of organizational innovation, we could achieve the organizational goals.This study aims through the study of the theory, organizational learning, leadership style and organizational innovation, and the design of the theoretical framework of this article, and then for three operating definition for finishing instructions, make appropriate and feasible measure constitutive surface. In addition, this paper preliminary also on organizational learning, leadership style and organizational innovation among the possible development of relations associated period for the follow-up study to provide the basis of research hypotheses.
