觀光遊樂地區交通標誌識別圖示偏好之研究

自從實施的週休二日制度，國人大部份利用週休假期而從事國內旅遊，而大部份旅遊是以自用汽車開車旅遊為交通工具。在道路上駕．駛車輛時，是須依馬路上各種的交通指示標誌，以提供車輛駕．駛人所需要的各種資訊。而交通標誌所傳達的視覺訊息，具備簡單、明瞭清晰的意義要，必須不能影響使用者的注意力。現我國道路上觀光遊樂地區交通標誌牌是依據於2006 年頒布「道路交通標誌標線號誌設置規則」設置，對於標誌設計方面均有詳細都有統一規定。故圖形化交通標誌應中央及各地縣市機關相互配合，共同將標誌設計並設置符合全國共同或各地特有圖形觀光遊樂地區交通標誌牌，但國內各道路懸掛觀光標誌牌卻各自為政、毫無整體規劃，影響國內、外遊客旅遊意願。本研究針對交通標誌的圖形符號，探討其圖形意義是否能正確的傳達瞭解，透過問卷分析，討論交通標誌的偏好，以供日復有關單位設置考量。研究結果發現國內現行的觀光遊樂地區交通標誌牌設計過於簡單，外國遊客不清楚中文標誌牌所指示內容，本國遊客不清楚距離及標誌牌指示地區提供休憩形態；日本的交通標誌牌設計過於多樣但複雜，駕．駛人不易快速看清楚表達資訊，部份現行的觀光遊樂地區所用的標誌圖示設計過簡單，一般人不易瞭解圖示內容意涵，失去圖示表達設計原意；日本現行部份觀光遊樂地區交通標誌識別之圖示，經本國受訪遊客問卷調查復，其分析數值反應多數為不喜愛圖示內容設計較花俏，受訪遊客感受不能接受。
