探析儒家思想對大專公開組游泳運動教練領導行為的影響

摘要

緒論：儒家思想發展已有兩千多年的歷史，我國的教育體制、政治、文化與體育也深受其影響。游泳是一項特殊的競技運動，訓練的環境幾乎是在水中，無法時時刻刻得到教練的指導與回饋，因此在游泳運動中教練像是引起動機的一個角色，引導選手建立正確的觀念，使選手具有動機，進而有好的表現。目的：以儒家思想中的君臣倫、父子倫、兄弟倫與朋友倫的角度來探究教練領導行為對大專游泳選手的影響。方法：採用個案研究法及深度訪談法進行相關資料整理與分析，文獻來源以儒家思想、教練領導行為與游泳運動相關研究之期刊與論文為主體，訪談對象選定大專院校游泳教練男女各五名、大專院校公開組游泳選手男女各七名。結果與討論：教練的領導行為影響了選手對於團隊的認同、積極向上的意願以及運動成績表現。隨著社會形態的改變與意識形態的不同，教練對選手的管理與訓練的方式也應隨之改變，與選手之間的相處多以平行對等的溝通，將團隊的彼此當作一家人，選手進而也會努力練習符合教練期望。

Introduction: The development of Confucianism has been a history more than two thousand years. The education system, politics, culture and sports have been greatly affected by it in Taiwan. Swimming is a special competitive sport. The training environment is almost in the water. It is impossible to get the guidance and feedback from the coach all the time. Therefore, the coach seems to be a role that causes motivation, guiding the players to establish the correct concept in this sport event. Then, the players are motivated and have a good performance. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of Coach Leadership Behavior on college swimmers from the perspective of ruler and subject, father and son, elder and younger brothers, as well as friends in Confucianism. Methods: This study uses case study and in-depth interview to collect and analyze relevant data. The sources of the literature are mainly about the journal and papers of Confucianism, Coach Leadership Behavior and swimming related research. The interviewees select the college swimming coaches and swimming athletes for men and women. Result: the result and discussion of this study have found the coach's leadership behavior affects the athlete's recognition of the team, positive willingness and performance. With the social form changes and the ideology is different, the coach's management and training methods should be changed. The care-oriented training athletes will treat the team as a family, and the athletes will also practice hard in coach's expectations.
