摘要

臺灣近年來關節退化疾病族群比例持續上升，而人工關節置換是關節退化末期的首選治療。良好的人工關節置換，除了骨科手術本身外，應該包含術前評估、衛教及術後護理、止痛、復健等，而這些都需仰賴其他跨領域團隊的共同合作，然則要整合各專業領域團隊實非易事，所幸財團法人醫院評鑑暨醫療品質策進會所制訂之「關節置換照護品質認證」給予我們明確指引及標準，同時亦督促整合各領域醫療團隊，發揮跨團隊效能，讓整體醫療品質有質的飛躍。

Recent years have seen a continual rise in the prevalence of degenerative joint diseases in Taiwan, where arthroplasty has become the most common method for treating end-stage joint degeneration. In addition to orthopedic surgery, satisfactory arthroplasty requires satisfactory preoperative assessment, health education, postoperative care, pain relief, and rehabilitation, all of which rely on interdisciplinary collaboration among healthcare professionals. Assembling a team of professionals across different disciplines is a challenging task. Therefore, the Joint Commission of Taiwan has developed the joint replacement care certification to provide a set of clear guidelines and standards for arthroplasty. Integration of interdisciplinary teams should be prioritized to ensure efficient collaboration and substantially improve the overall healthcare quality.
