同人誌創作者與出版社進行商業合作之現況研究

A Study of Cooperation between Doujinshis Creators and Publishers

摘要


網路的快速進了產業的快速發展,除提供了各種交流的管道外,更提供了更多同好間交流的機會,更產生出各種形式的社群交流平台。近年來,同人出版創作者也逐漸開始與商業出版社進行合作,參與並進行商業出版社的流程,由此可見同人誌創作者不再局限於自費出版的模式,更希望能走向商業出版的方式,與商業出版社進行合作。本研究以訪談法探討目前的同人誌創作者對於出版合作及創作的現況,研究成果呈現出目前的同人誌創作者已經開始往商業出版的合作上進型發展,且積極與出版社及活動進行合作及參與活動和獎項,也因為現今的出版方式因為網路的發達漸漸趨向多元化,而目前進行的流程與傳統出版流程的不同點是合作前創作者與出版社兩方的主動性增加,比傳統出版流程進行合作的可能性更高。另一方面,動漫產業在人才的培育上也是受訪者所提及的重點,許多的創作者願意進行創作,但在人才的培育上卻沒有系統性的規劃,導致在利益的考量和回收上不能平衡創作者在進行創作的時間和心力,這也是未來台灣在推動動漫畫產業及培育人才上需要注意的重點。

The rapid progress of the network leads to the development of industries, it also provides variety of communication channels to provide more opportunities for exchanges among enthusiasts, and many people create various forms of communication platform, the most notable development is doujinshi. In recent years, doujinshi published creators are beginning to cooperate with commercial publishers, and involved in the commercial publish process, we can see doujinshi creators are no longer confined to the mode of self-published, but hopes to participate commercial publishing. This study will research by depth interview to explore current co-operation and the creation process on doujinshi creators, the result showing the current doujinshi creators have begun to make progress toward commercial publishing model, actively collaborate with publishers and activities, and participate in activities and awards, nowadays, publication ways gradually develops diversity through the rapid advance on networking. On the other hand, talent cultivation on animation industry is also mentioned by respondents, in Taiwan, there are many creators are willing to create, but talent cultivation process isn't systematic planning, it is the most important thing that promote the industry talent cultivation in Taiwan.
