醫院床邊資訊系統HL7 Adapter設計之研究
A Study of Designing HL 7 Adapter for Hospital Bedside Systems
摘要
隨著資訊及網路科技的進步，都讓我們在各行各業上便利許多，也可預見其應用在醫院的各個角落，床邊資訊系統將會是未來發展的趨勢。由於目前國內的醫院資訊系統都是各自發展，使用的介面並不一致，如果要讓所發展的床邊資訊系統，可以讓各醫院都能使用，必須設計成一個標準的介面。本論文將介紹床邊資訊系統的HL7 Adapter之研究，由醫師、護理人員及病患對醫院資訊系統的需求，探討資訊系統的功能，並且符合HL7標準及臨床文件架構，以網路服務的方式供呼叫使用。希望將來能夠透過標準化的制定，讓醫院資訊系統能夠銜接且易於推廣使用，達到服務住院病患及醫護人員，提升醫療品質。

With the progress of information and network technologies, it is convenient by using computers in each profession. We may predict that the hospital bedside system will become a trend in the future. Because of the difference of hospital information systems, the communication interfaces are variance. If a bedside system needs to be portable in each hospital, it shall follow standard development. In this paper, we introduce our study of Health Level Seven (HL7) adapter for bedside system. Through the requirement of physicians, nurses and patients, we discuss the functions of information system in the HL 7 and Clinical Document Architecture (CDA) standards. The product has been developed as web services. We hope the bedside system can be easy to connect and extend for serving patients and promoting healthcare quality.
