Chinese Abstract

日本之地形,地質條件與臺灣十分類似。因此,其天然災害情形亦和臺灣十分相近。最近幾年來,臺灣之土石流災害頻傳,日本之土石流防災經驗便順理成章地成爲臺灣最好之借鏡。本文僅就1971至1986年之16年間,日本之新砂防期刋所刋載有關土石流之文章,分爲六個研究方向探討,亦卽土石流之流動性質研究,土石流之發生機制研究,土石流之堆積機制研究,土石流之衝擊力力學特性及其防制對策研究,土石流之預測,危險區域或預警系統之劃定研究與土石流災區之現場調査報告。無論如何,這61篇文章幾乎涵蓋了所有土石流之相關問題研究,尤其是,以災區之現場調査報告最多,這些報告提供研究者所需要之珍貴現場資料,以及初步分析結果,建立了進一步研究之基礎。

English Abstract

The topographic and geologic conditions in Japan are really similar to those in Taiwan. Hence, the natural disasters occurred in Japan are also easier to be found in Taiwan. In recent years, disasters due to debris flow happened increasingly in Taiwan so that the Japanese experience of disasters mitigations was naturally the best reference for Chinese researchers. This study selected relative research worksfor debris flow from Shin-Sabo. The Erosion Control Engineering Society of Japan from 1971 to 1986 and outlined these papers by six directions. That is, flowing properties, occurrence mechanism, cumulative mechanism, dynamic properties of impact force and its mitigating works, forecasts of debris flow, the judgements on dangerous area and pre-warning system, as well as the investigating reports of debris-flow disaster area. However, these sixty one papers nearly studied whole relative problems of debris flow. Especially, the field reports of debris-flow disaster area, which was the greatest in number, provided researchers the valuable field data and preliminary analyses to set up a helpful reference for advanced studies.
