以冷凍療法及經瞳孔熱療法治療一位von Hipple-Lindau疾病患者的視網膜大血管瘤
Cryotherapy with Adjuvant Transpupillary Thermotherapy for a Large Retinal Hemangioma in a Case with Von Hipple-Lindau Disease
摘要
目的：報告一位von Hipple-Lindau (VHL) disease 病例，使用冷凍治療與經瞳孔熱療法(Transpupillary thermotherapy, TTT)治療其大型視網膜血管瘤的成效。 方法：病例報告 結果：一位VHL disease患者，合併一大於3 個視神經盤直徑(disc diameter)的視網膜血管瘤，在使用冷凍療法一個月之後，再給予4次經瞳孔熱療法治療，4次經瞳孔熱療法每相隔一個月施行。在14個月後的追蹤，其血管瘤已經完全消失，且沒有復發與併發症。 結論：使用冷凍療法合併經瞳孔熱療法能有效治療3個視神經盤直徑大的視網膜血管瘤。

Purpose: To report a case of von Hipple-Lindau (VHL) disease treated with cryotherapy combined with transpupillary thermotherapy (TTT) for large retinal hamangioma. Method: A case report. Result: A patient with VHL disease had a large retinal hemangioma (＞ 3 disc diameter). The tumor was treated by cryotherapy followed by four episodes of TTT at monthly intervals. After 14 months of follow-up, retinal hemangioma had regressed, and no recurrence or complications were found. Conclusion: Cryotherapy and TTT may be effective in treating a large retinal hemangioma.
