本文主旨乃為說明鐵的代謝與鐵質監測的方式，同時陳述透析患者發生鐵質缺乏的原因，與補充鐵劑的注意事項並針對使用後衍生之副作用提供護理措施與衛教。隨著對鐵質代謝的了解及定期追蹤檢驗鐵質狀態，早期診斷出病人鐵質的缺乏；及早給予適當的鐵劑補充治療，並運用專業護理之獨立性護理功能，以早期預防可能造成鐵質缺乏的因素與鐵劑補充治療產生的副作用，必能使患者減少鐵的流失；進而改善腎性貧血狀況和減少鐵劑補充治療之不適反應。 |
| English Abstract |
Understanding the mechanism of iron metabolism and accurately assessing iron status is important in taking care of the dialysis patient who potentially has the problem of iron deficiency. Monitoring the response to iron supplementation and care of any side effects is essential for nurses in order to provide adequate intervention and health instruction for these patients. |
