本研究之目的有三:(一)比較不同性別大專籃球選手知覺教練領導行為與運動自信心來源之差異;(二)探討大專籃球選手知覺教練領導行為與運動自信心來源之間的相關;(三)探討大專籃球選手對知覺教練領導行為預測運動自信心來源之情形。方法:以中華民國99 年全國大專院校籃球聯賽運動員為研究對象,研究工具為使用「教練領導行為量表」與「運動自信心量表」為研究工具,以立意抽樣方式抽取,回收整理後得有效問卷323份(男性206位、女性117位),本研究使用其資料主要以t檢定、皮爾遜積差相關、多元逐步迴歸分析進行分析。其研究結果如下:1、不同性別大專籃球選手知覺教練領導行為在權威行為有顯著差異;2、知覺教練領導行為的訓練與指導、關懷行為對社會支持的運動自信心來源具有相關達顯著水準;3、教練領導行為的訓練與指導可預測運動自信心來源中的社會支持。結論:不同性別具有不同的心理需求,相對地,運動情境中亦需要不同運動自信心的訊息來源,教練需適時給予回饋及鼓勵,讓運動員能展現他們自己的能力受到他人的肯定。
The purposes of this study were1. to compare different gender of the relationship leadership and sources of sport-confidence in college basketball players; 2. to explore the correlations among relationship leadership and sources of sport-confidence in college basketball players; 3. to examine the leadership predict sources of sportconfidence in college basketball players. Method: This study focused on college basketball players and used convenient sampling to search the sample. There were 323 effective questionnaires (male 206 and female 117) in this study. The research tools were Leadership Scale for Sport and Sources of Confidence Inventory for Athletes. The collected data were analyzed by t-test, Pearson product-moment correlation and multiple stepwise regression analysis. The findings were as the following: 1. in gender, there were statistical significant different in leadership behavior for authority behavior; 2. there were significant relationship in training and instruction, democratic behavior, and social support; 3. the training and instruction could effectively predict social support. Conclusion: There have different genders need to psychology requirement and sources of sport-confidence in sport situation, coaches appropriate to offer feedback and encourage for athlete who could able to ability affirm by self.
