本近來國際射箭成績蒸蒸日上,想要在各大競賽中榮獲佳績已經不僅是靠體能、技術等要素就能達成的,高層級競賽中的壓力、焦慮等負面情緒乃是影響比賽最大的關鍵,有鑑於此,競技運動訓練中搭配運動科學訓練模式來增進選手的競賽表現是不可或缺的。因此,本文將介紹心理技能之一的自我對話涵義,以及回顧自我對話應用於射箭運動上之相關文獻。結果發現在具有多種類型的自我對話中,其積極、正面的自我對話類型可有效的增進運動表現。具體而言,不論是在運動前、中、後使用積極、正面的自我對話均對競賽表現有正面之效益。建議未來在本國奪牌熱門項目之一的射箭運動在訓練時能加入自我對話為訓練的一環,以提升心理準備與穩定性,使得射箭運動能持續在國際上占有領先的地位。
