台灣與大陸特殊教育師資職前培育機構之比較研究-以臺中教育大學與南京特殊教育職業學院之特殊教育課程為例

A Comparative Study of Pre-service Teacher Education institutes for Special Education Teachers between Mainland China and Taiwan

摘要


本研究旨在探究台灣與大陸特殊教育師資職前培育機構之師資培育課程,並以臺中教育大學與南京特殊教育職業學院的特殊教育師資培育課程為例作比較,藉以了解兩校特殊教育師資培育課程內容與差異狀況。根據研究結果,發現兩校的特殊教育師資培育課程,在下列觀點上顯現課程內容的不同:1.因應不同特教政策的師資培育課程;2.單一身心障礙類別或大分類與不分類的師資培育課程;3.因應教師取得教學科別證書的師資培育課程;4.重視循序漸進的特殊教育教學實務課程;5.融入相關專業與科技輔真的師資培育課程;6.因應不同障礙類型需求的師資培育課程;7.身心障礙類或資優教育類的師資培育課程。最後根據研究結果,提出對兩校特殊教育師資培育和未來研究之建議。

The purpose of this study was to investigate pre-service teacher education curriculum for special education teachers, and to compare the differences of teacher education curriculum between Mainland China and Taiwan. The cases selected from the departments of special education at National Taichung University of Education in Taiwan, and the department of special education at Nanjing Technical College of Special Education in Mainland China. The obtained results of the study indicate that the differences of teacher education curriculum for special education between two schools are based on as follows: 1. special education polices; 2. the classification of students with disabilities; 3. academic certificates; 4. teaching practices; 5. relative professional services and assistive technology; 6. the diverse needs of the students with disabilities; 7. the classification of students with disabilities or students with gifts and talents. Based on the results, further discussion and some suggestions for pre-service teacher education of special education as well as further research are offered.
