以設計體驗看博覽會之意義

A Study of the Expositions on Experience Design

摘要


當使用一項產品或服務時,本質上消費的是一種體驗。產品並不止是一件東西,服務也不光是一項活動,他們都是承載了設計師想給我們的體驗的載體。社會需求是產業增長及經濟發展的基本動因,經濟原理告訴我們:「人的自然慾望是人類社會不斷進步的原動力」。眾多研究支持人與物的關係是建立在情感上,人們追求的是存在的經驗。體驗是與消費者在情感上結合的關鍵。如今,體驗引導著產品與服務的消費,當產品轉換成國家印象,如同參觀者來自不同國家不同語言的展覽會,參觀者所獲得是經驗的累積及建立關鍵的第一印象。人們逐漸著重在情境、感動、驚奇、自我實現,及一個觸動人心的經驗與故事時,如何使人們擁有值得回憶的深刻印象,實為值得探究的議題。

When use a product or the service, it was a kind of experience that consumed in essence. The products are combined not only a thing, the service is not only an activity either, they all bear the weight of a designer and think of to bring the carrier of our experience.The basic reason of increasing in an industry in social demand and economic development, the economic principle tells us: 'People's desire is the constantly progressive motive power of human society'. The relation between numerous research backers and thing is setting up on the emotion, what people pursued is the existing in their experience.It is the important to combining with consumers on the emotion to experience. Nowadays, experience the consumption which is guiding the products and service, as the products are changed into a national impression.Like visiting the exhibitions from different national different languages, accumulation and the first key impression of setting-up that are experience that the visitor obtains. People focus on situation, move, be surprised, realize oneself gradually, and one touch experience of heart and at the story, how to make people have deep impression that is worth remembering, it is the topic that is worth probing into in fact.
