臺北地區技專校院學生工讀職場經驗與生涯自我效能之研究

A Study on the Technical Colleges Students’ Part-time Job Experience and Career Self-efficacy in Taipei Area

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解臺北地區技專校院學生工讀職場經驗與生涯自我效能之差異情形,並分析與工讀生的背景資料之關係。本研究針對101學年度第2學期仍就讀於臺北地區技專院校且有工讀經驗的學生進行問卷調查,共發出2,100份問卷,回收有效問卷為1,070份,有效問卷回收率為51%,進行統計分析,結論如下: 一、臺北地區技專院校學生工讀職場經驗以「獲取經驗」為最高、「學習技能」次之,而「自我成長」最低。其中女性工讀生顯著高於男性。而私立學校的學生顯著高於就讀公立學校學生。 二、臺北地區技專院校學生自我生涯效能以「自我瞭解」為最高、「蒐集職業資料」次之,接下來依序是「未來擬定」、「問題解決」而「目標選擇」最低。 三、臺北地區技專院校學生的職場工讀經驗,就讀工學院的學生在「獲取經驗」、「學習技能」以及「自我成長」上顯著低於就讀商管學院以及健康護理學院的學生。 四、臺北地區技專院校學生的職場工讀經驗,工讀年資較短的學生在「獲取經驗」、「學習技能」以及「自我成長」上顯著低於工讀年資較長的學生。 五、臺北地區技專院校學生的職場工讀經驗,在工讀職場中「獲取經驗」、「學習技能」以及「自我成長」較高者,其自我生涯效能也越高。

This study aims to understand the college students’ part-time working experience and self-efficacy differences among situations, analyze the relationship among workers in various backgrounds. In the second semester in 2012, Taipei technological institutes were investigated for their students’ part-time working experience. In the questionnaire survey collected with a total of 2,100 questionnaires were collected, in which 1,070 were returned and valid questionnaires, with the effective questionnaire recovery rate of 51%. The conclusions are as follows. 1.The "gaining experience" is the highest, "learning skills" is the second, and "personal growth" is the lowest in Taipei area technical college students’ part-time working experience. “Gaining experience", "learning skills", and "personal growth" of female are significance higher than those of male. “Gaining experience", "learning skills", and "personal growth" of students in private colleges are significance higher than those in the public colleges. 2.The “self-understanding assessment" is the highest, "collect occupational data" is the second, followed by "intended future plans" and "problem solving", and "target selection decision”is the lowest in Taipei area technical college students’self-efficacy. 3.In Taipei area technical college students’ working experience, "gaining experience", "learning skills" and "personal growth" of students in institute of the technology department are significantly lower than those of the business and health care departments. 4.In Taipei area technical college students’ working experience, "gaining experience", "learning skills" and "personal growth" of students with short-term working experience are significantly lower than those of the long-term working experience. 5.In Taipei area technical college students’ working experience, students with high score of "gaining experience", "learning skills" and "personal growth" have higher self-efficacy. This study provides recommendations for technical college students, educational institutions, and future researchers based on the results.
