摘要


本論文主要著重於圓極化(circularly polarized)天線的設計,並應用於無線射頻辯識系統(RFID)。藉由天線商業模擬軟體HFSS的輔助與設計,可縮短天線製作時間,並以實做來進行驗證。首先,提出一方形印刷槽孔天線設計,利用一L型槽孔來達成電流微擾使其兩模態互相正交而構成圓極化,其中天線的饋入是使用槽縫的耦合來構成。接下來提出一蜿蜒式(meander line)的槽孔結構,此結構的磁流擾動可構成圓極化操作設計。再增加微調微帶殘段(tunning stub)的寬度可達到超頻寬的效果,並於饋入端箝入一小方形結構使阻抗匹配效果更佳。其阻抗頻寬和軸比頻寬分別可達41.6%和14.6%。此兩天線都適用於無線射頻辨識系統的頻段(860-960MHz),包含的頻段也可適用於其他國家的頻段使用。

This thesis mainly study in circularly polarized design of antenna, and application in the RFID. The proposed antennas fabricated design for commercial simulation software HFSS11. Two circularly polarized antennas are investigated and design. First, the square-ring circularly polarized printed slot antenna designed, with the L-shape slot which can be get perturbed and result in two orthogonal mode of the square-ring slot antenna. And energy fed by a coupled between the open-end slit and the microstrip line. The second antenna is a square-ring slot with meander-line structure which can be achieved circularly polarized effect. In order to achieve good impedance bandwidth, by adjusting the width of tunning stub and a suitable small slit are proposed. A widely 10-dB impedance bandwidth about 41.6% and maximum 3-dB axial-ratio bandwidth about 14.6% are obtained, respective. The two antennas can be operated UHF RFID band (860-960MHz), included other countries.
