摘要


近十年來,由於地球暖化現象日趨嚴重,環保成為一個很重要的議題,這也導致越來越多人針對封閉式供應鏈進行研究。而科技發達與網路的普及,加速了資料的傳遞速度,造成整個市場環境變化劇烈,因此本研究將針對多期多階的封閉式供應鏈問題建構多目標最佳化決策模式,希望供應鏈在運作時,可以達到整體總成本最小化與總體時間最小化之目的。並進一步將規模經濟的概念導入最佳化決策模式中,期望除了在盡量滿足消費者需求之餘,還能考慮到基於規模經濟之效益,以獲得整體供應鏈及個別廠商最佳化營運績效。為有效地進行多目標最佳化決策模式求解,本研究將以三種規模之封閉式供應鏈模式進行NSGA2,找出最佳解,讓決策者能夠即時根據市場需求快速地做出適當的決策。

The study, presuming a multi-period, multi-echelon closed-loop supply chain, proposes a multi-objective optimization model to minimize the total costs and the total processing time associated with the transportation. When optimizing the decision-making in the supply chain, the trade-off between the satisfaction of consumer’s demand and the benefit of scale economies is concerned. In this multi-objective optimization model, NSGA2 was applied to improve the solution quality of pareto-optimal set. Finally, to validate the performance of asNSGA2, NSGA2, SPEA2 and MOGA are introduced to be the comparison base. The results show that the NSGA2 is able to achieve the optimal decision-making of logistics efficiently in a closed-loop supply chain.
