近年來,文化創意產業逐漸受到重視,越來越多人投入時間和精神,嘗試將自己的興趣和未來職業作結合。1980年代後,台灣解除戒嚴,嘻哈文化開始蓬勃發展,街舞工作室也如雨後春筍般的成立,舞蹈工作室之間的競爭也越來越激烈。工作室管理者的管理方式、行銷包裝、師資的調度,都會影響舞蹈工作室的運作。如今,舞蹈工作室的成長趨向穩定,但仍然有許多的舞蹈工作室因為經營狀況不善而面臨虧損倒閉。每個工作室的設立都有各自的發展目標,但有諸多的因素會影響其生存。無論舞蹈工作室成立目標為何,關鍵因素都會影響舞蹈工作室的成功與否。了解自己的定位,並從中尋找自已的關鍵要素並加以發揮,也成為舞蹈工作室經營的重要議題。 本研究目的在於探討成功舞蹈工作室的關鍵因素,從文獻找出經營一間舞蹈工作室需要的因素,並結合訪談所得到的資訊,進行討論以及分析,最後從中提出結論與建議。舞蹈工作室的關鍵成功因素分析,能夠幫助相關工作者提高經營上的效率,也能夠幫助進入該產業的人建立更明確的概念。

English Abstract

In recent years, cultural and creative industries gradually become important, more and more people invest their time and energy, and try to combine their interests as their future career. After 1980s, the martial law was lifted by Taiwan government, Hip-Hop culture started flourished in Taiwan, and street dance studio set up gradually, it’s fierce competitive between each dance studios. The aim of the dance studio, management style, marketing, packing, and the faculties dispatching, these elements all influence the operation of studio. Nowadays, dance studios develop stable, but many studios still face the closure problems because of poor operational situation. Every dance studio has a goal, however, there are many factors that hinder the developing of studio. No matter what goals the dancing studios establish for, critical factors uncertainly influence whether the dance studio can success or not. Understand the own position, identify the own critical factor and improve it, this become an important issue of dance studio operation. The purpose of this study is to investigate the critical success factors of the dancing studio, discover the factors which dancing studio needs from the literature, combine the information from interview, discuss and analysis the factors, and finally make the conclusions and recommendations. The analysis of dancing studios critical success factors can help the operators and relative workers to improve the operating efficiency, it also can help the workers who enter the industry to establish a correct concept.
