隨著台灣社會的經濟成長與政治開放及文化的變遷,社會呈現多元化的發展,因此「第三部門」(the Third Sector)逐漸的形成且蓬勃的發展,但非營利組織的募款活動隨處可見,透露出組織對外部資源的依賴程度。對非營利組織來說,建立一個有效的募款模式就關係著他們的永續生存和未來發展。但在募款的過程中經常會遇到各種不確定因素,所以亟需尋求一有效的方法,協助組織順利募得所需之資源,才能維持組織所設立之使命及宗旨的進行與發展。 研究者針對研究個案-「伊甸社會福利基金會」進行深度探討,運用文獻分析法、個案研究法及深度訪談法,針對募款工作人員及捐款者進行深度訪談,旨在探討非營利組織之募款模式。本研究採質性研究法,經由文獻及訪談資料分析,獲得以下結論: 一、募款活動須不斷的創新。 二、服務對象必須聚焦。 三、與企業合作時須更具彈性。 四、建立捐款人資料庫及維護經費適度調配。 五、積極開發年輕捐款族群。 六、尋找契合的名人代言。
With the economic growth and political liberalization and cultural transformation, social development in Taiwan has been diversified. Consequently, the "Third Sector" has been gradually formed and prosperously developed. Nevertheless, the fund-raising activities of nonprofit organizations can be seen everywhere, revealing the organization's dependence on external resources. For non-profit organizations, the establishment of an effective fund-raising mode is closely related to their substantial survival and future development. In the process of fundraising, there often comes up with a variety of uncertainties. We need to seek an effective way to help organizations so they can successfully raise the resources necessary to maintain the organization within their established purpose, mission and development. To have in-depth case study of the "Eden Social Welfare Foundation", the researcher use literature analysis, methodology of case studies and in-depth interviews with staff members for fundraising and donors. The study aims to explore the fund-raising mode of the non-profit organization. This study adopts qualitative research methods, literature reviews, data analysis and interviews. We therefore draw the following conclusions. 1. Fund-raising activities must be continuously innovated. 2. The objects of service must be focused. 3. Working with enterprises must be more flexible. 4. The establishment of donor database and maintenance funds should be properly allocated. 5. Actively develop donations from young populations. 6. Seek supportive celebrities to carry endorsement.
