本論文研究之目的,在於探討資訊普及的年代,所有企業無不競相導入資訊化,期望能藉由資訊化即時取得企業管理與經營層面的資訊,進一步做好管理與風險預防措施,所以,長久以來推崇資訊化的相關報告與研究不勝枚舉,但卻鮮少針對資訊化背後所隱藏的異常現象與風險進行探討。 目前許多導入資訊化的企業,仍然停留在資料儲存的階段,並未有效『運用』資訊與『管理』資訊,以致於當突發事件發生時,沒有足夠的時間與能力去反應及處理,並且在使用e化所帶來便利的同時,卻也衍生出管理行為上的脫序現象,而這些現象是否將引發企業經營上的風險或對於企業永續經營上發生影響性的變化,種種問題都是高階經營團隊在導入資訊化以前所未預期的。 由於資訊化所帶來的便利,卻也造成了習慣而疏忽的現象產生,可在資訊化流動過程中不難看出端倪,因過於便利,以致於久而久之忽視與忽略的行為漸漸產生,這些現象都是在資訊化導入的過程中未盡責於稽核的管控,導致在層層審核關卡的機制下,卻還是發生了極大的控制風險,事後才勉強進行亡羊補牢的措施。 基於以上,將藉由以質性研究方法進行探討企業資訊化的風險,並由訪談內文進行結構性的分析與整理,以探討企業在資訊化的過程中,如何產生種種的異常現象與風險因子。
In this information era, companies heavily rely on information system to accurately obtain information related to business daily operation, with the expectation to have control over risky factors and take preventative action in advance. However, most of the companies implementing information technology use this system as data storage, and haven’t utilized the system effectively as a managerial tool. As a result, when unexpected incidents occur, related personnel usually do not have sufficient time to react and take immediate action. Meanwhile, when companies over-rely on IT system, a possible negative result might be that the workers become so automatic in handling routines that they have the tendency to be less alert and ignore possible cues for potential mistakes. In the long run, these cumulating mistakes lead to big negative impact that the companies have not expected before. With the attempt to understand the possible negative impacts and deviations hidden behind this trend, this study interviewed practitioners who experienced the implementing process of information technology systems. With qualitative data, the study found that training and communication are two keys to successful implementation and utilization of IT system. Moreover, a solid knowledge sharing mechanism is also critical for companies to reduce the risk of employees’ ignorance of potential mistakes and problems.
