摘要


本論文研製之研究主要是在探討中小學國際教育在參與中小學國際教育專業知能研習課程中,社會支持、目標導向和訓練遷移動機的關係,另外,本研究欲探討目標導向是否會對「社會支持和訓練遷移動機的關係」產生調節的效果,本研究之受測對象為中小學教師,實得有效問卷份數為240份。 從研究結果發現,受訓學員的社會支持愈強,則訓練遷移動機愈強;受訓學員的主管支持與表現導向有正向關係;目標導向與訓練遷移動機的關係不顯著,不具調節效果;不同的社會支持與學習目標導向之間具影響力。

In this study, the relationships between social support, goal orientation and motivation of training transfer are investigated into primary and secondary school’s teachers on the international education training course. Furthermore, the effects of goal orientation are researched on social support and training transfer motivation. 240 questionnaires from teachers on international education training course in Taiwan are used for the samples, and 207 questionnaires are completely retrieved. The positive effects of social support on the training transfer motivation, supervisor support on performance goal, and social support on learning goal are found in this study. Besides, the indefinite effects of goal orientation on the training transfer motivation are also explored in this research.
