摘要

近年來面對產業競爭的全球化，許多企業相對轉型與變革以因應大環境的變化，而為能快速反應，避免過量的存貨囤積，製造方式也由大量生產，到批量生產，到彈性製造，到目前普遍所見的客製化生產，並且選擇少量、多樣化、高品質、高附加價值的產品做為企業營運的重點。相較之下，此生產模式的變動性遠遠大過於以往的標準品生產型態，而這變動所發生的額外成本，最終便成為客戶、製造商甚至是消費者的多重費用；如能在產品報價之際，評估其生產之製造程序、投入之物料、需求設備、相關費用等，在最短時間內取得資訊並形成完整之報價明細即為其重要的一環報價，因此，在企業營運過程中，也將報價行為視為一項重要的商業活動。
　　本論文即在彈性化的生產模式下發展一套Web化之報價系統，結合製造業之商務報價流程、工程研發之製程發展流程、成本估算分析等價值功能，供企業各單位於報價相關活動使用之平台，並妥善管理企業報價知識，對於研發創新、生產流程改善、報價資訊系統發展等具有參考價值。

Due to the trend of globalization and increasing international competition, enterprises make a flexibility to fit the business state in responding into global economic environment. Besides, in order to get response to new market opportunities, industries has been forced to reduce business operation costs, lead time, and inventory to sustain its growth in the market.

In the last 30 years, the world has changed dramatically. There has been a movement from mass production to mass customization, then high mix, low volume manufacturing, a process that combines the advantages of producing variations with minimal changeover time (different products), better quality and small quantities at lower costs, and high extra values.

Compared to standard production (mass production mode), all the variations outside of changes will be subject to additional charges. It becomes essential for a company to respond rapidly to clients' needs and provide a detail quote with a cost roll up of labor, materials and outside service.

The objective of this research is to establish a rapid Web-based prototype of Manufacturing Quotation System. This system provides many tools and features to facilitate the high mix, low volume sourcing process. This system does not only provide statistics on business following: manufacturing flow, engineering flow, and cost analysis, but a platform of fast and accurate quoting. In addition to the features above, it will also reduce the repetitive work, manage the knowledge of offering of enterprises properly, for reference process reengineering, research and develop innovation and future quotations.
