本研究以少子化現象、金融保險產業與鑽石模式等相關文獻為理論基礎,主要目的是採用「Porter 鑽石模式」觀點來建構金融保險產業因應策略模式(6大構面與12個關鍵因素)。另外,本研究採用AHP問卷,選擇14位實務專家為研究對象,透過層級分析法測量金融保險產業因應策略模式之層級結構中,6大構面與12個關鍵因素的權重值與排序。茲歸納本研究結果如下: 1.在6大構面中,以「需求要素」的權重值最高(0.187),其次依序為「企業策略、結構和競爭」(權重值為0.172)、「機會」(權重值為0.168)、「政府」(權重值為0.166)、「生產要素條件」(權重值為0.163)及「相關和支援性產業」(權重值為0.144)。 2.在12個關鍵因素中,排名前5名的關鍵因素依序為:「退休規劃需求」(權重值為0.102)、「長期照護保險制度」(權重值為0.091)、「人口老化的保障商機」(權重值為0.089)、「消費者綿密服務網絡」(權重值為0.088)以及「醫療保險需求」(權重值為0.085)。
The literature review was based on low birth rates, financial insurance industry and coping strategie, and the main purpose of this study applied Porter diamond to construct the coping strategies model in financial and insurance industry (include six dimensions and twelve key factors). In addition, we selected fourteen experienced professionals and used analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to measure the weights and priority order from the coping strategies hierarchical framework in financial insurance industry. The results of this study were following: 1.The top five dimensions were“Demand Factors”(weight was 0.187),“Firm strategy、Structure and Rivalry”(weight was 0.172),“Chance”(weight was 0.168),“Government”(weight was 0.166), and“Factor Conditions”(weight was 0.163). The last dimension was“Related and Supporting Industries” (weight is 0.144). 2.The top five key factors were “Retirement Planning Demand” (weight was 0.0.102), “Long-term Care System” (weight was 0.091), “Population Aging Business Opportunities” (weight was 0.089), “Service Networks” (weight was 0.088), and “Health Insurance Demand” (weight was 0.085).
