論文摘要 本研究者所探討的是在企業推行數位化學習時,運用企業內部網路(Intranet)所建構的學習平台,如何促使員工能主動在平台上學習及分享專業知識。本研究希望從非經濟面來看,運用虛擬社群的概念,探討出一個企業內部數位化學習的虛擬社運用模式,供未來企業在導入數位化學習時的一個方法, 本研究採取「個案研究法」,以深度訪談、初步描述性分析及平台網站上發言紀錄的資料分析進行之。研究程序為確認以虛擬社群概念探討企業數位化學習為研究主題後,隨即進行相關文獻的蒐集與探討,進而發展出研究架構並據之已設計問卷。並針對問卷的結果進行初步描述性分析,將整理後的結果與研究架構對照後,設計訪談大綱並進行專家深度訪談,以及網路上學員意見調查調查問卷。最後進行個案分析,並探討出結論與建議。 本結論最後探討出四大循環圖:一、內容吸引力。二、知識分享活動。三、學員忠誠度。四、與教育訓練結合。從上述四大循環圖衍生出企業數位化學習的虛擬社群運用模式。
THESIS ABSTRACT This study is to discuss how to encourage employees proactively learn and share expertise on the platform by using Intranet within enterprise. It aims at discussing a virtual community model by E-Learning within company from a viewpoint of non-economical side, which is to help provide ways to apply E-Learning to future firms. This study takes “Case Study” as its research methodology by detailed interviews, initially descriptive analysis and data recorded from dialogues out of platform networks. The process of this study is to confirm the business E-Learning based on the concept of virtual community. Then a literature collection and review shall be worked on in order to develop the research framework, by which a design of questionnaire could be made. The result of questionnaire shall be analyzed. After the results of questionnaire analysis and research framework are compared, the design of interview outline, face-to-face interview, and opinion collections of trainees from Internet shall be preceded. Finally, case study shall be discussed so as to come up with conclusions and recommendations. Four-cycle figures shall be discussed in the conclusion – 1. The attractiveness of content, 2. The activities of knowledge-sharing, 3. The sincerity of trainees, 4. A combination of educational training. A virtual community model of business E-Learning could be derived from the 4 cycles.
