摘 要 本研究旨在探討國民中學教師人格特質、情緒管理與創新教學之關係,以桃園縣國民中學為例,試圖了解桃園縣國民中學教師人格特質、情緒管理與創新教學之現況,分析不同背景變項填答者對此三個變項之差異情形、談討三個變項之間的相關、預測及因果關係,並探究桃園縣各鄉鎮市國民中學在上述變項得分之群聚情形。本研究採問卷調查法,以桃園縣59所公立國民中學教師為研究母群,抽取709位教師為研究樣本,以「教師人格特質、情緒管理與創新教學問卷」為研究工具實施調查。資料處理以描述性統計、t考驗、F考驗、積差相關、典型相關、多元迴歸、結構方程式與階層集群分析等統計方法進行資料分析。 本研究結果如下: 一、 桃園縣國民中學教師人格特質、情緒管理與創新教學之現況佳。 二、 不同背景變項填答者對教師人格特質、情緒管理與創新教學知覺有所不同。 三、 教師人格特質、情緒管理與創新教學呈現中度正相關。 四、 教師人格特質、情緒管理對創新教學具有預測力。 五、 教師人格特質、情緒管理與創新教學三者之間具因果關係,但教師情緒管理不為中介變項。 六、 桃園縣各鄉鎮市國民中學教師在情緒管理與創新教學之間具群聚情形。 最後,本研究依據上述結果,提出相關建議,俾供教育行政機關、國民中學校長與教師,以及後續研究者參考。
Abstract The purpose of the study is discussing the relationships among the junior high school teachers ‘personality traits, emotion-management and innovative teaching. Take junior high schools in Taoyuan county as examples, try to realize the junior high school teachers’ personality traits, emotion-management and innovative teaching in Taoyuan county nowadays; analyze how the respondents with different backgrounds cause the different situations of the three variables; discuss the relations of the three variables, prediction, causal relations and explore the cluster situation of the above variables in Taoyuan junior high schools. The study uses questionnaire survey method and its research mother group is the junior high school teachers in 59 schools in Taoyuan. Take 709 teachers as research samples and take the questionnaire of teachers ‘personality traits, emotion-management and innovative teaching as a research tool to survey. There are statistics of the description, t-test, F test, Pearson correlation, typical correlation, multiple regres sions, structural equation modeling and hierarchical cluster analysis in the data process. The results of the research are below: 1. The junior high school teachers’ personality traits, emotion-management and innovative teaching are good in Taoyuan County nowadays. 2. The respondents with different backgrounds cause the differences of teachers’ personality traits, emotion-management and innovative teaching. 3. The teachers’ personality traits, emotion-management and innovative teacing sow moderate positive correlation. 4. The teachers’ personality traits, emotion-management and innovative teaching have significant predictability. 5. Teachers’ emotion-management is not a moderate variable between personality traits and innovative teaching. 6. There are clustering relations among the teachers’ emotion-management and innovative teaching in Taoyuan county. Finally, based on the results above, the study offers suggestions for the educational administrative institutions, junior high school principals and teachers, and future researchers; hoping to shed light on the development of junior high school education in the future.
