機器設計失效模式分析

摘要


近年來勞動成本逐步攀升,自動機械的發展與應用紛紛崛起,重複性高且簡單的工作漸漸被自動機械取代,印刷電路板產業更是如此,在生活中電路板是不可或缺的重要零件,本文將針對印刷電路板產業最常使用的投收板機設計做分析。 本文主要分析設備在設計過程中的失效模式,主要將設備分為機架組、輸送組、吸盤組、頂昇組、整列組、氣控迴路組、暫存組,將所有組別的失效模式找出並計算風險優先係數,找到風險優先係數後,在前期的設計規劃時可以當作參考值。 本研究以六個標準差手法進行分析,使用六個標準差定義階段的手法及量測階段進行分析模擬;此次研究利用魚骨圖、FMEA等工具在設計的過程中,從各個流程步驟排除會引起設計時發生的失效模式,以減少設計時的時效。

Recently, along with the labour cost rising step by step, the development and the use of the automation mechanical has risen , hence the simple work is being replaced by the automation mechanical gradually, and so is the Printed circuit board. Circuit board is the important part in our life. This paper will analysis the PCB designs which is used mostly in Printed circuit board industry. This research is to analysis failure mode of the equipment in design process. The equipment is divided into frame group, transport group, sucker group, jacking group, aligner group, pneumatic control circuit group, and register group. Find out all of the equipment failure mode to calculate what Risk Priority Number is. After finding the Risk Priority Number, it can be used in prophase of the design planning. This research makes analysis according to six sigma, and uses define phase and measure phase to analysis in six sigma. Fishbone Diagram and FMEA in design process are used in this research to exclude the failure mode of the design in all the step, which can reduce the aging in design.
